What I Learned This Week - 12/19/25

  1.  As an engineer I can confirm that 72 degrees with the heat on and 72 degrees with the air conditioning on are two completely different temperatures. #FeelsLike
  2. One of my kids asked me why I never became the guy that creates stains for detergent testing and now I'm questioning my career trajectory. #Messy
  3. It’s hard to explain to people not my age that Nestle’s Quik powder from the can hit differently. #TrustTheProcess
  4. When someone texts me with “AF” after a word, I read it as “as foretold” for some interwebz reason and giggle to myself. #NowYouCan
  5. No matter what my wife says, running errands counts as going out. #Maybe
  6. According to a coworker, “Moon Boots” were the “Ugg Boots” of the 1980’s. #ShesNotWrong
  7. A section of any human bone can just die while the rest of the bone remains intact. #Painful
  8. You can go down a long mythological rabbit hole if you ask Google the question., “can a person turn into both a ghost and zombie?”. #SignsPointToYes
