What I Learned This Week - 5/29/15

  1. 202 days until "Star Wars - the Force Awakens" (aka: Episode VII) is in theaters.
  2. 22 Days until the team start of RAAM.
  3. Chinese take-out, floats.
  4. Some people believe there is a remnant of a 13,000 year old alien satellite ("the Black Knight") orbiting Earth. #OnlyAFleshWound
  5. There are now women's shoes with LCD screens on a large portion of their exterior - patterns and shoe color can be controlled by a phone app. #GoesWithEverything
  6. According to my boss, it only takes one engineer to change a light bulb because we are efficient and have no sense of humor. #ImNotAGoodEngineer
  7. It is possible to burn hard boiled eggs.
  8. Sales of rope went up 10% in New York's Upper East Side after the book "Fifty Shades of Grey" came out.
  9. A dog wearing hair extensions will always remind me of someone I know.
  10. My boss doesn’t understand why all first drafts of any document for him are saved as ”TPS_Report_Ver_X”
