What I Learned This Week - 12/8/17

  1.  OMG!!! 6 days until Star Wars - Episode VIII – The Last Jedi is in theaters.
  2. The Flat Earth Society believes that Mars is round because it has been viewed that way through a telescope. #smh
  3. I’m fairly certain that Marvel’s “Thanos” is actually a future Rick Harrison from the TV show “Pawn Stars”. #maybe
  4. Apparently a popular college meal is “Ramen Pizza” where ramen noodles are used in place of dough. #TotalyWouldHaveEatenIt
  5. People whose cats watch videos on iPads in their indoor cat-yurts should not ask me if I think they spoil them. #WhatNoJacuzzi
  6. It is very disturbing to watch the World Population Clock real time document all the births and deaths as they “happen”. (http://bit.ly/Ism9T6) 
  7. Nothing says “life goals” like successfully smuggling a family-size pizza under one’s shirt into a movie theater.  #DudeWasHuge
  8. It’s interesting that parents the complain about violence in video games still believe playing hangman is an acceptable alternative. #morbid

  14. According to a friend who lost his glasses, anything can be an UFO when you’ve lost the ability of identification.
  15. Restaurants that REALLY want to be health conscious should remove the fancy healthy logos next to menu items and just charge per calorie. #ThatsHOWmuch
